(Brassica caulorapa) 100 seeds per packet (unless otherwise noted). This peculiar vegetable partakes of the character of both Cabbage and Turnip. The edible portion consists of large bulbs formed on the stems just above the soil. They should be used when young and tender, boiled like Turnips. Sow in spring in rows 18 inches apart and thin to 8 to 10 inches.
